A complete down-to-the-studs renovation transformed this builder-grade condominium in Toronto's Beaches neighbourhood into a home that feels thoughtfully collected, timeless, and deeply personal.
With a clear vision to move beyond the limitations of the original layout and finishes, every detail was reconsidered – from the flow of the spaces to the materials, millwork, and lighting that define the home's character.
Drawing inspiration from a modern Parisian aesthetic, we balanced classic architectural influences with a restrained contemporary sensibility. Rich natural materials, custom detailing, and a palette of warm, textural finishes create a sense of quiet sophistication, while modern conveniences are seamlessly integrated to support everyday living. Throughout the 1,300-square-foot residence, each design decision was guided by the belief that beauty and functionality should exist in equal measure.
